The easiest way to make a return is to email or call us. Most items have a 30 day return policy and 1 year warranty.
Alternatively, you can click on the "My Account" tab at the top of our website so you can log into your account. Some orders may have been created without an account, in which case you will need to email or call us. If you can log in to the "My Account" page, click on your order and you will see the orange "Add New RMA" button. Please click this button and fill out the forms. Be sure to wait for return instructions.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow the above return procedures and fill in the "My comments" section with a list of items you would like to exchange for.

1) Most items carry a 30 day return policy from the time the item was delivered.
2) Most of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please email or call if you bought a product from us and it needs service under the warranty. The return directions for different items varies by manufacturer.
3) Mediabox reload cards on not returnable once activated in your box. We can however transfer the remaining balance to another box for you.
4) Satellite dishes are not returnable, only exchangeable if damaged in shipping.
