Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. Please read return instructions below.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
You may return your purchase by mail. Simply click on the "My Account" tab at the top of our website so you can log into your account. Some orders may have been created without an account, in which case you will need to email or call us to create an RMA. If you can log in to the "My Account" page, click on your order and you will see the orange "Add New RMA" button. Please click this button and fill out the forms. Be sure to wait for an RMA and return instructions before sending anything back. All RMA's require approval.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow the above return procedures and fill in the "My comments" section with a list of items you would like to exchange for.

RETURN POLICY (1 year warranty on most receivers)
1) All returns require an RMA. Follow the above procedures to obtain an RMA. Any item sent back without an RMA and an approval confirmation may be returned to you at your expense or may be subject to a higher restocking fee. Please obtain authorization first.
2) All items carry a 7 day return policy from the time the item was delivered. We must be notified by phone or email by the 7th day. Actual Shipping and handling is non refundable even if you were given FREE SHIPPING. A 10% restocking fee applies to all orders and is only applied to merchandise cost and not to shipping charges.
3) Any item returned in a used condition that we cannot sell as new is subject to additional fees above and beyond the 10% restocking fee. Any item missing parts, such as remote controls, owners manuals etc. will be charged for those missing parts in addition to restocking fees. The best advice is to keep your unit and all packaging in perfect condition for the return period.
4) Since we are an authorized distributor, all of our receivers carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Please email or call if you bought a product from us and it needs service under the warranty. The return directions for different items varies by manufacturer.
5) Some items are fragile and must be used with caution. If an item or items are determined to be misused or abused, this may void any return. Also, all items must be returned to us with care and insured. You are responsible for returning items to us in good condition.
