Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Please read below for eligibility.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
You may return your purchase by mail. Simply download and fill out the Return Form (to avoid any delay in processing your refund, please ensure the form is thoroughly completed). Please mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.

RETURN POLICY (1 or 2 year warranty on most receivers)
1) All returns require an RMA. This means you need to either call, or email for your RMA number. Any item sent back without an RMA may be returned to you at your expense or may be subject to a higher restocking fee. Please obtain authorization first.
2) Any item(s) not exluded below carries a 7 day return policy from the time the item was delivered. We must be notified by phone or email by the 7th day. Actual Shipping and handling is non refundable even if you were given FREE SHIPPING. A low 5% restocking fee applies to all USA orders, and a 10% restocking fee applies to any non USA order. However, if you purchase more than three recievers at a time, we consider that you are familiar with what you are buying or that you are a dealer. In this instance we have a strict policy of no returns or refunds. Exchanges may be honored at our discrection. Again, the manufacturer’s warranty is still valid.
3) Any item returned in a used condition is subject to additional fees above and beyond the 5% restocking fee. Any item missing parts, such as remote controls, owners manuals etc. will be charged for those missing parts in addition to restocking fees. The best advice is to keep your unit and all packaging in perfect condition for the return period.
4) Since we are an authorized distributor, all of our receivers carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Please email or call if you bought a product from us and it needs service under the warranty. There are different return directions for any item under the manufacturers warranty, and varies by manufacturer.
5) Any items that are purchased more than three at one time are non refundable, but can exchanged for the same item if defective. Please do not buy more then three of one item unless you are familiar with it and you are sure you want them. Exchanges for different items may be acceptable at our discrection.
6) Complete systems are designed for installers with a working knowledge of how to install an FTA system. Any defective parts or products in the complete system will be exchanged or replaced. However there are no refunds or returns on complete systems. A complete system is defined as receiver and dish with or without lnb and motor. Exchanges for different procucts are available at our discrection.
