We ship 99% of our orders with UPS. Puerto Rico orders and Carribean orders normally ship by the United States Post Office. We have found UPS to be overall the most reliable, fastest, and dependable shipping company. Below you will find a UPS ground shipping chart which will show you the time in transit to your destination.

Our basic shipping principles:

1) We normally ship within 24 business hours an order is made. This means if an order is placed on Monday, we will ship by Tuesday. If you need an order to go out the same day, or to arrive by a certain date, you must either put that info in the order notes, or call and speak with a rep to make sure that is possible.

2) Shipping time in transit is from the day an order is shipped, and does not include weekends.

3) Actual shipping is non-refundable. If we offer free shipping, in the event of a return, the actual shipping that Harmony International paid to have the item shipped is non-refundable.

4) C.O.D. orders require cashiers check or money order. Also please include a valid name, address, phone number and email address when placing the order. All information is verified before sending out the order. If we find inaccurate information, the order may be placed on hold or canceled. Also, some expensive shipping items may require a copy of the money order to be faxed or emailed before item is sent.
