We ship our orders with FEDEX. The shipping rates don't appear correctly with FEDEX, so instead our shopping cart uses the UPS shipping rates.  Puerto Rico orders and Carribean orders normally ship by the United States Post Office. We have found FEDEX to be a reliable, fast, and dependable shipping company. Below you will find a FEDEX ground shipping chart which will show you the time in transit to your destination.

Our basic shipping principles:

1) We normally ship within 24 business hours after an order is placed. This means if an order is placed on Monday, we will ship by Tuesday. If you need an order to go out the same day, or to arrive by a certain date, you must either put that info in the order notes, or call and speak with a rep to make sure that is possible.

2) Shipping time in transit is from the day an order is shipped, and does not include weekends.

3) Actual shipping is non-refundable. If we offer free shipping, in the event of a return, the actual shipping that Harmony International paid to have the item shipped is non-refundable.
