This is a dual ground block for coaxial cable.  This is a high quality 3 GHZ, high frequency ground block, which means it is ideal for both cable tv and satellite installations, including Dish Network and DIRECTV.  These are approved for satellite use by DIRECTV and should be used over standard ground blocks to avoid signal loss and dropped channels.
