 Description
This DB9 data cable is called a null modem cable or a twisted cable and is used for some satellite receivers and other devices.  It is not the same thing as a straight DB9 data cable as a couple wires are crossed.  Check to be sure what type of cable your receiver or device uses.  It is also called a serial cable.
