The Dish Network VIP 722k is a feature full High Definition DVR.  It has two tuners and is made to be functional in two rooms watching different channels.  The primary room can be used for HD with component outputs and HDMI outputs.  The primary can also be used on standard definition TVs with RCA or coaxial outputs.  The second room will be standard definition via running a coaxial line from the primary room to the secondary room.  The secondary room can change channels using a UHF wireless remote.  There are many great features like on screen caller ID, watch one channel while recording another, Picture-In-Picture during single room mode, local HD channels using optional module, connect to the internet for on-demand programming and much much more.
